Corporate FP&A Analyst

Corporate FP&A Analyst (FP&A): Building monthly CFO financial review packs, departmental financial review packs, and payroll/non-payroll cost analysis with an accent on variance analysis, P&L reconciliation, and automating recurring close-cycle data tasks. Focus on maintaining accurate ERP/GL-driven inputs (NetSuite), producing investor/lender compliance reporting data, and consolidating the Annual Operating Plan templates for planning and challenge.

What you will do

• Build the data foundation for the CFO Financial Review Pack each month (actuals vs. budget, cost center breakdowns, headcount summaries, and supporting charts) and proactively flag material variances.
• Own end-to-end departmental financial review packs for a defined portfolio, including pulling data, building the pack, writing preliminary commentary, and serving as the primary Finance contact in monthly meetings.
• Produce monthly payroll cost analysis (actuals vs. budget by department, headcount reconciliation across hires/leavers/contractors/open roles, and run-rate estimates) and monthly non-payroll cost analysis (GL-level review with material variance and one-off identification).
• Maintain the Cost Centre Budget Tracker with locked actuals and flag departments tracking ahead/behind budget.
• Maintain Product and Segment P&L quarterly and prepare data inputs for investor and lender compliance reports using NetSuite schedules.
• Lead Annual Operating Plan data collection by building and distributing budget templates, managing submission deadlines, and consolidating returns into a summary file.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or management accounting.
• Experience producing monthly management accounts or reporting packs.
• ERP familiarity (NetSuite strongly preferred).
• Highly proficient in Google Sheets and/or Excel; able to build and maintain complex models.
• Strong data accuracy and structured execution to meet tight recurring deadlines.
• Clear written communication for concise variance commentary; SQL knowledge strongly preferred.
