TL;DR
SAFe Agile Scrum Master (Project Management): Facilitating Agile teams within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) to support the Defense Intelligence Agency with an accent on team coaching and impediment removal. Focus on coordinating Agile Release Train (ART) activities, managing sprint backlogs, and optimizing team velocity.
Location: Onsite in the Washington DC, MD, & VA area. Active TS/SCI + CI Polygraph clearance is strictly required.

What you will do
- Facilitate Agile teams using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles and Scrum methodologies.
- Coach teams on Agile practices, remove impediments, and ensure adherence to ceremonies and artifacts.
- Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Track team velocity and manage sprint backlogs to promote continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure alignment with program objectives.
- Support Agile Release Train (ART) activities and coordinate with Release Train Engineers.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI + CI Polygraph clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 4-12+ years of experience in Agile project management.
- SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
- Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Rally, or Azure DevOps.
- Deep understanding of SAFe principles and ART operations.
