What you will do

• Engage with clinicians, pharma BD teams, and domain experts to pressure-test investment theses.
• Cultivate relationships with researchers at academic institutions and medical centers to source early-stage deals.
• Support portfolio founders in gaining access to key health systems, payers, and clinical research networks.
• Lead end-to-end special projects and support partner branding and marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be based in Boston, MA due to a strong in-office culture.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills characterized by clarity and precision.
• Ability to learn new scientific areas quickly and interact professionally with seasoned CEOs.
