What you will do

• Develop and maintain multi-year category strategies for legal services and insurance.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing activities including RFI, RFP, and RFQ processes from market analysis to contract signature.
• Negotiate commercial terms, define Statements of Work (SoW), and ensure clear deliverables and acceptance criteria.
• Embed the use of the hirify.global Marketplace global procurement platform and policies.
• Manage strategic supplier relationships via QBRs, performance scorecards, and continuous improvement plans.
• Coach junior colleagues and contribute to global procurement standards and playbooks.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of procurement, vendor, and management principles and best practices.
• Strong negotiation experience, preferably specifically within Legal Services spend.
• Proven ability to lead across matrix structures and influence senior stakeholders.
• Degree in business, procurement, finance, law, or a related discipline.
• Professional procurement qualification (e.g., CIPS Level 5/6) preferred.
• Expert knowledge of legislative and regulatory requirements to mitigate legal risk.
