What you will do

• Own end-to-end strategy and execution for assigned influencer and influencer-affiliate programs.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact, leading performance reviews and QBRs.
• Oversee program execution to ensure consistency, scalability, and quality.
• Provide strategic guidance and feedback to Associate Managers and Specialists.
• Collaborate with Affiliate Account Management and Operations teams to improve workflows and measurement.
• Mentor team members and contribute to hiring and process evolution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or brand partnerships.
• Proven experience managing complex or enterprise-level programs.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with influencer platforms such as CreatorIQ, Captiv8, Aspire, or sub-networks like LTK.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
