What you will do

• Support the execution and management of affiliate marketing campaigns across assigned client accounts.
• Assist in identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new affiliate partners while maintaining ongoing relationships.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and identify trends or opportunities for optimization.
• Prepare recurring reports and performance updates for internal teams and clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and promotional initiatives.
• Maintain accurate campaign documentation, partner records, and reporting dashboards.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 2–4 years of experience in affiliate, partnership, influencer, or performance marketing.
• Familiarity with affiliate tracking technologies, including cookies, pixels, and attribution methodologies.
• Proficiency with affiliate platforms such as Impact, CJ, PartnerStack, Awin, or Everflow.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using reporting tools and spreadsheets to optimize performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for a fully remote environment.

• PXA Industry Associate Certification or comparable affiliate marketing certification.
