What you will do

• Develop and execute comprehensive affiliate marketing strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Oversee full-cycle program management including recruitment, activation, and compliance.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify growth opportunities and optimize program performance.
• Manage and nurture relationships with a diverse portfolio of publishers and affiliate partners.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, leading weekly calls and strategic reviews.
• Implement innovative solutions to enhance program outcomes and ensure sustainable growth.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in online marketing or e-commerce with a focus on affiliate marketing.
• Deep knowledge of major affiliate networks such as Impact Radius, Rakuten, or Commission Junction.
• Proven track record in affiliate recruitment, fraud management, and budget oversight.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Must be based in the USA to fulfill role requirements.
• Excellent communication skills for managing external and internal stakeholder relationships.
