Salary: $81,000–$95,000 plus performance bonus

What you will do
- Develop and execute comprehensive affiliate marketing strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Oversee full-cycle program management including recruitment, activation, and compliance.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify growth opportunities and optimize program performance.
- Manage and nurture relationships with a diverse portfolio of publishers and affiliate partners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, leading weekly calls and strategic reviews.
- Implement innovative solutions to enhance program outcomes and ensure sustainable growth.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in online marketing or e-commerce with a focus on affiliate marketing.
- Deep knowledge of major affiliate networks such as Impact Radius, Rakuten, or Commission Junction.
- Proven track record in affiliate recruitment, fraud management, and budget oversight.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Must be based in the USA to fulfill role requirements.
- Excellent communication skills for managing external and internal stakeholder relationships.
