Salary: $101,200 – $129,300

What you will do

• Benchmark executive, broad-based, sales, and physician compensation programs.
• Support the design, implementation, and administration of short- and long-term incentive plans.
• Provide compensation diligence and integration support for M&A transactions.
• Execute project plans and prepare high-quality client deliverables.
• Collaborate with project teams to deliver integrated client service.
• Supervise staff and lead engagements as required.

Requirements

• 1-4 years of related work experience in compensation and consulting.
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to travel as needed.
