What you will do

• Lead targeted secondary and primary research, including interviews with key opinion leaders and insurance payers.
• Synthesize research insights to develop logical and effective client-ready recommendations.
• Independently manage work streams and entire projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with senior team members to present findings and support business development.
• Develop high-quality client communications, including PowerPoint presentations and Excel models.
• Train and mentor junior staff on best practices and professional development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 3 years of experience at a life science consultancy.
• Strong understanding of dynamics and issues in the pharma and biotech industries.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
