What you will do
- Lead the planning, organization, and execution of brand initiatives, events, and projects from concept to completion.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
- Oversee cross-functional collaboration between Marketing, Operations, and Community teams.
- Identify and manage risks, developing contingency plans to maintain project momentum.
- Communicate project updates, milestones, and performance metrics to executive leadership.
- Monitor and report on key brand performance indicators to identify process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in brand operations and project management.
- Proven experience managing large-scale brand or marketing projects with cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, marketing operations, and event execution.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Monday.com, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- Experience building reports and analytics to measure project outcomes.
