What you will do

• Take ownership of building, scaling, and ensuring the seamless deployment of the Customer Success platform.
• Expand Platform Intelligence capabilities and maintain underlying platform structures.
• Design robust code footprints and optimize overall system performance.
• Collaborate with technical leads, managers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable product features.

Requirements

• Proven commercial experience as a Software Engineer.
• Strong foundations in object-oriented programming, databases, and microservice architectures.
• Experience delivering complex web systems, data pipelines, or internal platforms from development through to production.
• Proximity or willingness to work out of the Norwich Head Office (Unit 7).
