What you will do

• Identify and structure commercial opportunities spanning hirify.global Treasury, Core, and Prime products.
• Build distribution partnerships to provide corporate treasury teams access to yield-bearing digital assets.
• Develop a pipeline of clients for hirify.global's payment rails and coordinate with internal teams to close deals.
• Collaborate with the RLUSD team to integrate stablecoins into treasury workflows for settlement and liquidity.
• Conduct competitive analysis on TMS players like Kyriba, FIS, and SAP regarding digital asset adoption.
• Maintain high-level relationships with CFOs and Treasurers at sophisticated enterprise accounts.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or corporate strategy within enterprise fintech or financial services.
• Deep familiarity with corporate treasury operations, including cash management, liquidity, and the TMS landscape.
• Fluency in digital assets, stablecoins, and tokenization to engage effectively with senior financial executives.
• Proven track record of building commercial opportunities from ambiguous starting points.
• Strong existing network across corporate treasury and enterprise fintech sectors.
• Must be based in Chicago or willing to relocate.
