What you will do

• Own and evolve the AI-driven enablement roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on field impact and strategic alignment.
• Identify, scope, and execute high-value AI use cases for deal support, prospecting, and content generation.
• Establish and manage a network of AI field champions to drive peer-led adoption and track behavior change.
• Design and implement the operational plan to scale AI pilots into repeatable, org-wide processes.
• Lead governance standards for AI tool adoption, focusing on data usage, risk review, and policy alignment.

Requirements

• Mid-to-senior experience in enablement, sales operations, or a related GTM function.
• Direct experience evaluating, piloting, or deploying AI tools within a business context.
• Proven ability to translate field needs into technical requirements for product and engineering teams.
• Experience operating with high autonomy to define scope and solve ambiguous problems.
• Strong project management skills to handle multiple parallel workstreams.
• Must be based in the United States.
