What you will do

• Design, configure, implement, and support Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio solutions, including business-specific Copilot agents.
• Build enterprise generative AI solutions and AI-enabled automation workflows, including RAG-based improvements.
• Develop Power Platform automations using Power Automate and Power Apps, and establish automation governance and best practices.
• Integrate Copilot capabilities into Microsoft 365 services (Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Viva, Purview) and support enterprise AI enablement.
• Implement governance, security, compliance, and information protection controls for responsible AI adoption.
• Use Microsoft Graph API and PowerShell (and related APIs) to extend and automate Microsoft 365 functionality, and drive change management and adoption.

Requirements

• Location: Remote (US)
• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft 365, Power Platform, AI solutions, or related enterprise technology roles.
• Hands-on experience implementing and supporting Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio.
• Experience designing and developing Copilot agents and AI-powered business solutions, including AI-enabled automation.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering and AI adoption strategies.
• Experience with Power Automate and Power Apps, plus Microsoft Graph API and PowerShell scripting.

Nice to have

• Experience leading enterprise-scale AI adoption initiatives.
• Experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries.
• Microsoft Copilot Studio specialization/certification and Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and AI governance frameworks.
• Experience supporting organizations with 10,000+ users and familiarity with Microsoft Azure AI.
