What you will do

• Design, build, and deploy Copilot Studio agents and multi-step conversational workflows.
• Develop Dataverse-based Power Apps and Power Automate cloud flows.
• Integrate automation solutions with CRM, ERP, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Azure services.
• Build custom connectors and secure API integrations for proprietary and third-party SaaS platforms.
• Establish environment management standards and implement governance and ALM processes.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and mentor citizen developers.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 5+ years of experience building Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
• Proficiency with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio, prompt engineering, and conversational AI.
• Experience with Azure services (including Azure Functions) and enterprise security models.
• Ability to write and execute basic SQL queries.

Nice to have

• Experience with agile development environments and Scrum methodology.
• Business domain experience in e-commerce or back-office applications.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines for low-code development and experience with GitHub.
• Experience writing unit tests in an MVC environment.
