What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable AI platforms using Microsoft Azure AI and Copilot Studio.
• Establish governance frameworks, guardrails, and operating standards for enterprise AI agents and automations.
• Design enterprise-grade MCP connectors and APIs to ensure secure access to business systems.
• Drive operational excellence, including observability, resilience, and cost efficiency for AI services.
• Partner with security, architecture, and compliance teams to ensure responsible AI adoption.
• Mentor engineers within the Enterprise AI team to foster technical excellence.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in designing and operating enterprise-scale AI or cloud platform solutions.
• Deep expertise with Microsoft Azure, including Azure AI Foundry, OpenAI, and infrastructure governance.
• Practical experience deploying AI agents using platforms like Copilot Studio, Claude, or Azure AI Services.
• Solid understanding of MCP, API-based integrations, and enterprise connectivity patterns.
• Proven ability to balance innovation with risk management and regulatory compliance.
• Strong communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and business stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of AI observability, evaluation frameworks, and prompt management.
• Experience with cloud-native architecture, DevOps, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Background in financial services, fintech, or highly regulated environments.
