Location: Must be based in the U.S. and able to commute to a hirify.global Hub for in-person engagement.

Salary: $90,000 - $155,000 USD Annual

What you will do

• Coordinate governance routines, committee activities, and management forums.
• Produce and maintain AML program reporting, dashboards, and governance metrics for senior leadership and the Board.
• Facilitate impact assessments for business, regulatory, and organizational changes.
• Monitor regulatory developments, enforcement actions, and emerging risks.
• Manage the intake, logging, and tracking of AML issues and control gaps.
• Support Internal Audit and regulatory exam requests.

Requirements

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required (no visa sponsorship).
• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in Compliance Risk Management, BSA/AML, or financial crimes compliance.
• Demonstrated experience supporting governance routines and executive-level reporting.
• Strong ability to synthesize complex data into clear dashboards and metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for senior leadership audiences.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of AML program governance and regulatory expectations.
• Project or change management experience supporting cross-functional initiatives.
• Familiarity with eGRC platforms, SharePoint, Tableau, or AI-driven automation tools.
