Location: Must be based in either Cologne or Berlin

Salary: 13.9 € per hour

What you will do

• Identify and engage talented candidates through active sourcing on various platforms.
• Screen CVs to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews to ensure a smooth candidate journey.
• Handle recruitment administration and maintain organized candidate data.
• Support day-to-day hiring activities and gain insights into employer branding.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Must be based in or able to work from Cologne or Berlin.

Nice to have

• Experience with modern recruiting tools.
• Proficiency in German.
