What you will do

• Manage the full hiring journey, from crafting job ads and sourcing talent to coordinating interviews.
• Conduct candidate interviews using structured techniques to ensure fair and objective assessments.
• Act as the primary point of contact for candidates to build meaningful relationships and maintain high employer brand standards.
• Utilize modern recruiting tools, AI, and automations to increase efficiency and generate hiring insights.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to identify and attract top-tier talent.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills for professional and empathetic collaboration with candidates and colleagues.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a high degree of ownership.
• Ability to maintain a structured way of working and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High fluency in German (C1/C2 level).
• Strong command of English (B2 level or above).

Nice to have

• Previous experience in Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, HR, or customer-facing roles.
• Experience working within a startup environment.
