What you will do
- Produce and update Revit models, sheets, narratives, and calculations aligned with project standards.
- Support cross-discipline coordination by incorporating redlines, resolving straightforward modeling issues, and identifying basic conflicts.
- Perform early QA by reviewing work for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to workflows.
- Maintain model structure (links, worksets, view templates, organization) to ensure model health and reduce rework.
- Document design decisions and coordination updates in tools, including GitHub documentation and basic pull requests with guidance.
- Track tasks and communicate risks/status in Asana while meeting deadlines across multiple projects.
Requirements
- Location: Must be eligible to work in the United States; is not able to sponsor visas.
- 2+ years of experience in the AEC industry with demonstrated proficiency in Revit modeling, drafting, and construction documentation.
- Experience with coordination or field exposure supporting construction/site activities.
- Familiarity with clash detection workflows in Navisworks or Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and/or AutoCAD; working knowledge of Bluebeam Studio, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Asana, and GitHub.
- Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills; ability to manage multiple tasks across several projects.

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year
