What you will do

• Lead creative on enterprise engagements by building agentic workflows, prompts, and reference libraries.
• Set the creative bar by producing high-fidelity email designs that prove the platform's capabilities.
• Drive performance through A/B testing and iterative creative improvements based on conversion results.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to refine workflows and shape AI model behavior.
• Develop a scalable playbook of creative patterns and best practices for customer onboarding.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating real lifecycle programs and email campaigns.
• Deep experience in email design, focusing on layout, hierarchy, and cross-client rendering.
• Advanced AI fluency with current generative image and text models and node-based UIs.
• Experience navigating brand reviews and legal approvals with sophisticated enterprise clients.
• Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing goals (onboarding, retention, win-back).
• Must be based in LATAM.
