What you will do

• Design and develop new enablement platforms and systems.
• Build, test, and maintain blended learning curriculum including eLearning modules and instructor-led workshops.
• Partner with IT, Field Effectiveness, and SMEs to develop Knowledge and Content Management standards.
• Utilize AI to create, test, and continuously improve enablement components at scale.
• Integrate content authoring tools into enablement creation systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Computer Information Systems, Editing, Technical Writing, or Instructional Design.
• Strong experience creating learning content specifically for Pega Platform.
• Advanced AI proficiency.
• Proven ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, engaging learning content.
• Strong project management skills and ability to balance strategic initiatives with daily execution.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working across diverse global functions.

• Experience creating content for GTM (Go-To-Market) teams.
