Salary: $143,400–$212,230 per annum

What you will do

• Integrate and support PCIe and Ethernet initialization firmware within the SDK.
• Perform hands-on debugging of I/O interfaces using advanced diagnostic and low-level lab equipment.
• Develop and execute comprehensive validation and test plans for new SoCs.
• Drive issue resolution through root cause identification and firmware/software fixes.
• Support silicon bring-up activities and early-stage platform validation.
• Collaborate with hardware and system design teams to resolve complex system-level issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/EE with 5+ years of experience OR Master’s/PhD with 3+ years of experience.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.
• Proven expertise in debugging complex hardware/software interactions.
• Proficiency in C/C++ and embedded firmware development.
• Experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, protocol analyzers, and traffic generators.
• Solid experience in test development and validation at the system or silicon level.

Nice to have

• Experience with PCIe and/or Ethernet protocols (e.g., PCIe Gen5/Gen6, 100G/200G Ethernet).
• Automation and scripting experience using Python or shell.
• Familiarity with SoC platforms and low-level initialization flows.
