What you will do

• Design and develop RDMA protocol features for Ethernet NIC products, specifically within QoS and congestion control domains.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with architects, silicon design, and software teams to create scalable, high-performance applications.
• Author technical design documentation and implement high-quality software and firmware components.
• Partner with the QA team to define test cases, review plans, and support the release cycle.
• Resolve complex customer field issues in coordination with support engineers.

Requirements

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Electronics & Communications or equivalent with minimum 12+ years of experience.
• Must have a strong understanding of RDMA protocol; hands-on experience is highly desired.
• Significant expertise in Linux kernel, systems programming, network drivers, and virtual switching.
• Proficiency in C, C++, and Python, with experience in x86 and ARM64 toolchains.
• Experience analyzing and tuning performance for HPC workloads.
• Strong debugging skills within combined software and hardware environments.
