Salary: $147,000–$224,250

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines for multi-architecture software delivery.
• Administer GitLab, CI runners, and container orchestration environments.
• Manage lab and test hardware infrastructure, acting as a technical steward for development environments.
• Implement infrastructure-as-code and automate manual processes to improve team efficiency.
• Integrate security into the pipeline, including SAST, SBOM generation, and artifact management.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and IT teams to support build and installation requirements.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident status required for ITAR compliance.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of experience managing DevOps operations, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker).
• Proficiency in Python and Bash scripting with strong Linux administration skills.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and analytical problem-solving.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kubernetes (EKS) and infrastructure-as-code tools like Ansible or Terraform.
• Knowledge of embedded, robotics, or ROS-based software builds.
• Familiarity with hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) environments and DevSecOps practices.
• Experience with STIGs and Authority to Operate (ATO) processes.
• Interest in leveraging AI-assisted tooling for infrastructure automation.
