Location: Hybrid (Must be based in the US near a company Hub)

Salary: $150,000 - $250,000 Annual

What you will do

• Own the annual corporate responsibility roadmap aligned with company goals and talent management priorities.
• Manage Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to strengthen business connections and improve employee experience.
• Plan and execute the annual Global UNITE Conference, including programming and budget management.
• Partner with Talent Management and Acquisition to strengthen the leadership development pipeline.
• Analyze external market intelligence and internal metrics to optimize corporate responsibility initiatives.
• Prepare quarterly effectiveness reports for senior management.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in HR, Business, or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of experience in Human Resources.
• Proven track record of leading enterprise-wide initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen, critical thinking, and project management skills.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required (No visa sponsorship provided).
• Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required.
