Head of Solutions Engineering

Offchain is a pioneer in blockchain scalability and security, best known for building the Arbitrum stack that powers Arbitrum One. The company provides core infrastructure used by hundreds of projects and major organizations across the Ethereum ecosystem, backed by substantial funding and broad adoption.

This role cannot be performed in California or Colorado.

Responsibilities:

- Lead strategic client engagements, develop bespoke solutions, and guide onboarding and adoption
- Identify and advocate for strategic partnerships with application teams to grow the ecosystem
- Relay developer and project feedback to Product and help shape go-to-market strategy
- Collaborate with engineering and research teams to improve protocol and application-layer integrations
- Own developer success for leading application teams, assisting with integrations and implementation

Requirements:

- Direct experience working with fintech companies or financial institutions on core infrastructure
- 8+ years in technical roles (solutions engineering, software engineering, infrastructure, architecture, or similar)
- 4+ years leading and developing technical teams
- Strong experience designing scalable, reliable systems and translating requirements into implementation plans
- Deep understanding of blockchain fundamentals: decentralized networks, smart contracts, rollups, and onchain infrastructure
- Proven client-facing experience communicating technical concepts and guiding implementation decisions
- Experience writing Rust, Solidity, or Golang
