Salary: $129,000 – $304,000 (U.S. locations)

What you will do

• Lead an engineering team delivering reliable, scalable infrastructure for the Data Feeds product.
• Partner with Product and technical leadership to translate strategic priorities into execution roadmaps.
• Provide engineering judgment to balance delivery, reliability, and long-term system maintainability.
• Coach and develop senior engineers and technical leads to expand organizational leadership capacity.
• Drive improvements to engineering planning, prioritization, and execution processes.
• Champion operational excellence by maintaining the health of customer-facing production services.

Requirements

• Deep experience building and operating production blockchain infrastructure at scale.
• Proven experience leading engineering execution through effective planning and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong understanding of blockchain or oracle infrastructure and backend platform architecture.
• Demonstrated technical leadership with the ability to influence architectural decisions.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing experienced software engineers.
• Must be able to overlap working hours with Eastern Standard Time (EST).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with financial markets, trading infrastructure, or market data systems.
• Experience applying AI tools and workflows to improve engineering productivity.
• Experience with decentralized infrastructure supporting Web3 ecosystems.
