What you will do

• Collaborate with enterprise customers to develop AI adoption roadmaps and identify high-impact use cases.
• Translate business problems into detailed solution concepts, requirements, and implementation proposals.
• Design AI agent solutions and redesign workflows to remove repetitive tasks and unlock new efficiencies.
• Define integration strategies between AI agents and enterprise systems like CRM, ERP, and SaaS applications.
• Prepare technical specifications and documentation to guide delivery teams through successful implementation.
• Support sales and executive discussions by presenting AI strategies and demonstrating business value.

Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written English proficiency.
• Must be based in Europe.
• Strong background in business analysis, process design, and value mapping.
• Hands-on experience designing or launching AI-powered solutions or AI agents.
• Familiarity with modern LLMs, AI agent architecture, and business process automation.
• Proven experience in a customer-facing role such as Solution Consulting or Business Consulting.
