What you will do

• Design and enhance AI Agents capable of analyzing source code, demo videos, and technical documentation.
• Build AI pipelines to extract business rules and integration flows between Hybris systems and ERPs.
• Automate the creation of artifact inventories and initial business rules documentation.
• Collaborate with the team to validate AI outputs and ensure the accuracy of harmonization recommendations.
• Optimize discovery processes to capture contextual information and reduce dependency on stakeholder interviews.

Requirements

• English: Fluency mandatory.
• Expertise in LLM orchestration and the creation of multi-agent systems.
• Software engineering background with the ability to analyze legacy codebases.
• Proficiency in transforming unstructured data (transcripts, videos, manuals) into structured technical documentation.
• Experience working in Agile environments with rapid 1-week delivery cycles.
• Must be based in Brazil.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Spanish for the Mexico workstream.
