What you will do

• Conduct safety orientations and training for employees on company policies and HSE regulations.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled inspections of work areas to ensure compliance.
• Implement HS&E programs including behavior-based safety and risk management strategies.
• Provide coaching and support to construction field operations teams.
• Participate in incident investigations to identify root causes and execute corrective actions.
• Review and provide input on construction work plans with project managers.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-3 years of safety experience in an industrial construction setting.
• OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety and health training.
• Experience with work permitting processes including confined space, crane lifts, and lock out tag out.
• Ability to speak in front of large crowds and excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Physical ability to walk extensively, climb stairs, and ladders in diverse work environments.
