What you will do

• Lead and mentor the procurement team through all phases of the procurement process, including design concepts, bidding, and fulfillment.
• Create and implement product selection and documentation processes to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Prepare budget templates, manage project budgets, and leverage technology to streamline workflows.
• Develop bid sheets, quality-check proposals, and submit competitive offerings to customers.
• Coordinate delivery of products and manage installation logistics with vendors and trades.
• Collaborate with design and project management teams to align purchasing with overall project goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Fine Arts, Architecture, Business Management, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of business management experience.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a procurement capacity.
• Extensive knowledge of furniture and the end-to-end procurement process.
• Proficiency with Autodesk CAD, Revit, Sketch-Up, CET, Adobe Suite, Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, and CRM platforms.
• Proven leadership capabilities and experience coaching team members.
