What you will do

• Develop and implement comprehensive social commerce strategies aligned with client business objectives.
• Integrate paid and organic social media efforts to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to build engaging content strategies for online shoppers.
• Manage client relationships as a trusted advisor on social media best practices and innovation.
• Analyze social media performance and provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders.
• Lead social media projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a social strategist role, either on the brand or agency side.
• Hands-on expertise with social platforms, specifically Meta and TikTok Shop.
• Experience working with global brands and partnering with senior-level clients.
• Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or Business.
• Experience in the CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) industry is highly desirable.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for explaining complex concepts to executives.

Nice to have

• Experience with social listening tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Brandwatch, NetBase Quid).
• Proficiency with social advertising platforms like Facebook Ads Manager or LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
