What you will do

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to find candidates in new geographic locations.
• Identify and engage passive candidates across various channels and platforms.
• Manage talent pipelines and maintain an up-to-date database using PeopleForce.
• Coordinate vacancy postings on job boards and track recruitment progress via weekly reports.
• Collaborate with recruiters to refine sourcing tactics and schedule initial interviews.
• Contribute to employer branding activities and monitor market trends.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Talent Sourcer or in a similar recruitment role.
• Proven track record of sourcing specialists in development and marketing.
• Deep understanding of the IT market and proficiency with modern sourcing tools and ATS.
• English: B2+ level required.
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment with a focus on results.
