What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to closing positions.
• Serve as the primary contact for hiring managers, ensuring alignment on requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and pre-screen candidates.
• Draft and update job descriptions based on hiring manager’s requirements.
• Maintain all applicant paperwork and ensure compliance with recruitment processes.
• Conduct background and reference checks on candidates when required.
• Extend job offers and arrange relevant document compilation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HRM, Psychology, or equivalent.
• 1-5 years of related experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition professional in the IT Industry.
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in English (excellent verbal and written communication skills).
• Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
