What you will do

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation.
• Engage passive candidates through creative sourcing strategies and social media outreach.
• Partner with hiring managers across departments to define requirements and plan hiring strategies.
• Maintain and expand the candidate database while tracking pipeline performance metrics.
• Oversee internal and external communications to uphold a positive employer reputation.
• Assist in the onboarding and integration of new hires into the team.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter in IT, digital companies, or recruitment agencies.
• Proven experience in European hiring.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software.
• Expertise in conducting competency-based interviews.
• English: Upper Intermediate (B2) required.
