Search Lead (Paid Search & SEO)

What you will do

• Lead and develop the local Search and Performance Media practice across Paid Search, SEO, and agency search solutions.
• Drive client development, product innovation, holistic search capabilities, and buying strategies aligned with client KPIs.
• Oversee campaign execution, reporting, optimization, and recommendations for client teams.
• Manage Search team service delivery, workflows, automation, and activation efficiency.
• Advise clients on integrated Search strategies and participate in strategy presentations and new business projects.
• Build talent plans, support goal setting, manage onboarding and training, and develop search capabilities across the agency.

Requirements

• Experience leading Search and Performance Media services across Paid Search and SEO.
• Strong understanding of search products, campaign management, optimization, reporting, and KPI-driven buying strategies.
• Ability to advise clients, prepare and present strategies, and contribute to new business initiatives.
• Experience coordinating team workflows, providing feedback, and fostering collaboration across Search, Analytics, and specialist teams.
• Ability to develop training programs and improve operational excellence and activation efficiency.
