Search Lead (Marketing): Leading and developing the local Search practice by driving a holistic approach across Paid Search, SEO, and agency solutions with an accent on strategic growth, service excellence, and team leadership. Focus on managing high-performing teams, optimizing campaign performance, and providing expert advisory to clients to achieve business objectives.

Location: Belgrade, Serbia (Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote)

What you will do

• Drive the Search & Performance portfolio through product innovation and holistic strategy development.
• Oversee campaign execution, optimization, and reporting to ensure alignment with client KPIs.
• Supervise the core Search team, fostering operational excellence and driving automation.
• Act as the agency's primary Search expert in client meetings and new business projects.
• Develop talent plans, manage onboarding, and lead training initiatives for agency staff.
• Promote cross-functional collaboration between Paid Search, SEO, and Analytics teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in leading and managing Search & Performance Media services.
• Strong expertise in both Paid Search and SEO strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive operational efficiency.
• Excellent client-facing skills with experience in strategy presentation.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model in Belgrade, Serbia.
