What you will do

  • Lead global product marketing initiatives and end-to-end project management of complex marketing campaigns.
  • Develop product positioning, messaging frameworks, USPs, and competitive differentiation points.
  • Create and oversee the development of sales materials, including presentations, landing pages, and case studies.
  • Coordinate GTM launches and integrated marketing campaigns in collaboration with Product, Sales, and Design teams.
  • Monitor marketing KPIs, analyze competitor trends, and implement optimization activities.
  • Maintain communication plans and budget allocation across multiple target regions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing or Strategic Marketing.
  • 3+ years of B2B tech product marketing experience.
  • Strong project management expertise leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • English: Advanced (C1)
  • Russian: Advanced (C1)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Nice to have

  • Experience in iGaming, SaaS, or Fintech domains.
  • Proven track record with product repositioning or international market expansion.
  • Experience managing creative agencies and external vendors.
  • Knowledge of product performance metrics and marketing analytics.
