What you will do

• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime.
• Provide technical support for PLCs, controls systems, robotics, HMIs, and automated manufacturing equipment.
• Manage maintenance activities and asset performance using CMMS systems.
• Coordinate with equipment vendors and service providers to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
• Lead root cause analysis efforts and implement corrective actions for equipment failures.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and productivity.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 4+ years of experience in maintenance, automation, or manufacturing engineering.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting manufacturing equipment, automation systems, and PLCs.
• Experience managing preventive maintenance programs and CMMS software.
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or TPM methodologies.
• Knowledge of predictive maintenance best practices.
• Background in high-volume manufacturing or industrial products.
