What you will do

• Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for Microsoft 365 and Intune enrollment, compliance, and app deployment.
• Configure Entra ID integration, Conditional Access, and device enrollment via Windows Autopilot and ADE/DEP.
• Implement endpoint security controls including Intune security baselines, Defender for Endpoint, ASR rules, and BitLocker.
• Develop and maintain runbooks, SOPs, and automation scripts using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph.
• Collaborate with architects and security teams to execute scoped engineering work packages and ensure smooth operational handoffs.
• Track project work items, manage risks, and support post-deployment stabilization to meet SLAs.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years focused on Microsoft 365 and endpoint management.
• Hands-on administration expertise with Intune, Entra ID, and M365 service operations.
• Experience managing Windows (primary), macOS, iOS, and Android devices at scale.
• Practical knowledge of Zero Trust concepts and implementation of endpoint security controls.
• Proficiency in PowerShell and familiarity with Microsoft Graph for reporting and automation.
• Must be based in the Philippines; no work visa sponsorship is available.

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications such as MD-102, MS-102, or SC-300.
• Experience with hybrid identity environments (on-prem AD) and SSO authentication troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with third-party tools like Jamf, Workspace ONE, Okta, or CrowdStrike.
• Experience working within ITIL-aligned processes and using ServiceNow.
• Prior experience in a consulting role within a Microsoft Partner environment.
