What you will do
- Lead and manage global payroll operations across EMEA, Americas, and APJ regions.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing for all employees, including expatriates and remote workers.
- Maintain strict compliance with local, national, and international payroll laws and tax regulations.
- Drive automation and process improvements by implementing and maintaining payroll systems.
- Manage relationships with third-party payroll providers and oversee service delivery.
- Monitor key payroll metrics and report trends to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- 15+ years of experience in managing multi-country payroll operations, preferably in the software sector.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Strong understanding of global payroll regulations, compliance, and tax issues.
- Proficiency with payroll software systems such as ADP, SAP SuccessFactors, or Workday.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and collaborate across cultures.
Nice to have
- Professional payroll certification (CPP, CIPP, or equivalent).
- Experience in a rapidly growing international software company.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale process improvements.
