What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including statutory filings, exceptions, and payments.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for specific countries to ensure full compliance.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Product, and Engineering teams to maintain data integrity.
  • Mentor and support payroll specialists while backing up regional managers.
  • Drive process improvements and automation to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).

Requirements

  • Fluent English proficiency (written and spoken).
  • Proven experience in end-to-end payroll processing, either in-house or via a service provider.
  • Strong analytical mindset with expertise in Excel and Google Suite.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international, and asynchronous work environment.
  • Commitment to productivity and continuous process improvement.
  • Understanding of payroll best practices and compliance requirements.
