What you will do

• Lead and manage global payroll operations across EMEA, Americas, and APJ regions.
• Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing for all employees, including expatriates and remote workers.
• Maintain compliance with local, national, and international payroll laws and tax regulations.
• Implement and maintain payroll systems to drive automation and process improvements.
• Manage relationships with third-party payroll providers and oversee service delivery.
• Handle payroll audits and statutory reporting requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience managing multi-country payroll operations, preferably in the tech sector.
• Strong understanding of global payroll regulations, compliance, and tax issues.
• Proficiency with payroll software such as ADP, SAP SuccessFactors, or Workday.
• Fluency in English is required.

Nice to have

• Professional payroll certification (e.g., CPP, CIPP).
• Experience working in a rapidly growing, international software company.
• Proven ability to drive process improvements and implement new technologies.
