What you will do

• Lead strategic communications planning and execution for operations, advisory, and market sectors.
• Translate complex enterprise strategy into clear, consistent messaging for diverse employee audiences.
• Partner with executives and business leaders to develop proactive communication strategies and leader visibility.
• Manage internal communication tools and governance to optimize processes and editorial planning.
• Drive organizational change initiatives through multichannel campaigns to boost engagement.
• Monitor and measure communication effectiveness using data analysis and feedback loops.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in internal, executive, or corporate communications.
• Must be based in Overland Park, KS or a location with a hirify.global office presence.
• Strong business acumen and experience within a large, matrixed organization.
• Proven ability to serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership.
• Experience in the Engineering & Construction industry or B2B space.
• Fluency in leveraging AI platforms for communications activities.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Viva Engage, Workshop, and Divvy HQ.
