What you will do

• Drive the execution of external communications strategy in partnership with product, growth marketing, and leadership teams.
• Manage PR agency partners to secure coverage in top-tier business, tech, and security media, including Substack and podcasts.
• Develop thought leadership on AI, security, and the future of automation to increase brand awareness.
• Integrate first-party data storytelling (Trust Signals) into executive messaging and earned media.
• Execute internal communications programs, including monthly All Hands and cross-company newsletters.
• Implement operational efficiency initiatives to improve communication within a fast-growing global organization.

Requirements

• 10-12+ years of experience in Communications (in-house, agency, or both).
• Must be based in the United States.
• Deep network of relationships across traditional and new media.
• Strong writing skills and deep knowledge of AI, B2B, and Security trends.
• Ability to work cross-functionally to drive alignment and clarity across different teams.
