What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end development and execution of integrated internal communications programs.
• Support change management initiatives to help employees navigate organizational transitions.
• Own the manager communications program, including the regular Manager Memo, to equip leaders with necessary resources.
• Write, edit, and manage engaging employee-facing content across various channels including intranet, wiki, and newsletters.
• Partner with People & Talent teams to align internal messaging with company strategy, values, and brand standards.
• Measure communication effectiveness using data, analytics, and employee feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or a related field.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, impactful communications.
• Proven success in building and executing integrated communications programs from concept to completion.
• Experience managing content across digital platforms such as intranets, wikis, and Slack.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including senior leadership.
• Must be comfortable with modern communications tools and interested in leveraging AI for content efficiency.

Nice to have

• BA in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience with visual storytelling tools like Canva.
