Salary: $169,000 - $245,000 USD (annual base salary range)

What you will do

• Drive transformational finance systems projects by defining business processes that improve automation, standardization, and simplicity.
• Shape Figma Finance’s AI adoption strategy by embedding AI into systems and workflows to power analysis, reporting, and forecast decisions.
• Own and operate the financial planning platform (Pigment): development, enhancements, training, enablement, maintenance, and administration.
• Lead the systems roadmap end-to-end, including prioritization, resource deployment, UAT, and governance.
• Design and evolve systems architecture by optimizing data flows, integrations, and tooling across the broader company data ecosystem.
• Build dashboards and data visualizations for KPIs and business insights; drive controls, data governance, and change management best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Finance Systems, roadmap execution, or a related function.
• Strong technical skills in system design and implementation, including AI automation, data architecture, and integrations.
• Working knowledge of financial processes such as O2C, P2P, FP&A, Accounting Ops, and close cycles.
• Strong project management instincts with the ability to run multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Clear, structured communication across technical and non-technical audiences.

• SQL proficiency.
• Data science background.
• Experience managing consultants or external resources.
