What you will do

• Design, build, and ship AI and automation across the GTM motion: prospecting/enrichment, lead routing/activation, outbound and follow-up, deal and technical sales support, and expansion/retention signals.
• Build agents and workflows that run reliably at scale and remove repetitive work from Sales, Solutions Architecture, and Marketing.
• Instrument the customer lifecycle by connecting GTM systems and data so usage/telemetry triggers the right actions automatically.
• Partner with the field to identify where AI/automation creates real gains and turn those opportunities into systems people use.
• Own builds end-to-end: deploy, measure impact on real metrics, and improve continuously with evals and monitoring.
• Set AI standards and guardrails for GTM, including data quality, prompt/eval discipline, human review where needed, and safety controls.

Requirements

• 5+ years building automation and tooling in a GTM, RevOps, or growth engineering context with production systems you shipped and run.
• Production experience with the GTM stack, including Salesforce (system of record), Gong/Gong Engage, and supporting tools such as Vercel, Clay, and n8n; plus transactional/analytical databases (Postgres and ClickHouse).
• Hands-on development in Python, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Fluency with modern AI tooling: LLM APIs, agent/orchestration frameworks, prompting, evals, and retrieval with embeddings/vector search; ability to make probabilistic systems reliable using eval/observability tooling (e.g., Langfuse).
• Strong data-activation skills: SQL, APIs/integrations, dbt transformations, and moving warehouse data into and out of the GTM stack.
• Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable partnering cross-functionally.
