What you will do

• Develop lightweight custom web apps to replace slow SaaS interfaces, accelerating commercial team workflows.
• Design and deploy AI-powered workflows to directly improve pipeline generation, win rates, and net revenue retention.
• Own and automate the upkeep of key GTM tools end-to-end to minimize routine manual maintenance.
• Monitor and maintain data consistency across systems using sustainable automated fixes.
• Research and integrate new AI models, tools, and platform features into the company's tech stack.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Support to transform daily friction points into technical improvements.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in technical operations, revenue operations, automation engineering, or software engineering focusing on internal tooling.
• Proven experience using AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor) to ship functional web applications.
• Working knowledge of Python and basic web technologies (HTML, JS).
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, LLM APIs, and integration platforms like n8n, Workato, or Zapier.
• Familiarity with GTM platform data models and APIs (Salesforce, Gong, HubSpot, etc.).
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives independently in a fast-paced environment.
