What you will do

• Design and deploy AI-powered agents and workflows across the GTM lifecycle, including prospecting and pipeline management.
• Build and scale production automations using platforms like Workato and custom code.
• Develop internal applications using AI-native tools to reduce reliance on fragmented solutions.
• Use hirify.global's own platform internally to prototype new agentic capabilities and revenue infrastructure.
• Collaborate with Sales, SDR, and Customer Success teams to pressure-test builds and iterate based on business outcomes.
• Ensure system reliability through observability, alerting, and robust error handling.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience building automations, internal tools, or production software.
• Proficiency in coding (Python, TypeScript, or similar) and experience with APIs and webhooks.
• AI-native mindset with practical experience using LLMs and AI coding tools to ship business workflows.
• Experience with automation platforms like Workato, Zapier, or n8n.
• Familiarity with the modern GTM stack, including Salesforce, Snowflake, and dbt.
• Strong commercial instinct and ability to work directly with GTM stakeholders.
